Shipping & Returns

All your orders come directly from our nursery to your home. We love plants and we will pick for you only plants which will meet our strict standards. Each plant is pampered (pruned, cleaned, watered), packed with care in our crash less shipping boxes and shipped through UPS, USPS at the shortest time available, 2nd day air or 3 days ground services or DHL Worldwide Express, to ensure it will arrive to you quickly. Those Mediterranean plants do not like to be stressed specially in cold weather.
Shipping is calculated at check-out. We will take in consideration, the weight and your shipping address (zip code). No shipping to PO Box. Standard shipping option is only available for the nonperishable items. The shipping calculator will show you the exact rate, there are no hidden fees. We will provide you a Tracking Number as soon as your order is shipped.
Allow us 2 to 3 days to ship your buddy.

If you have an issue once your plant arrives, please e-mail us a picture to hello@theargantreefarm.com. We will take care of you as soon as possible.


Return Policy

At The Argan Tree Farm we guarantee all our products and trees to be high quality and shipped with care and love. Your order is carefully chosen and pampered before shipping.
- Plant might be slightly different from the picture.
- Since seedlings, plants and trees are perishable items, all sales are final. Unfortunately, they are non-returnable, except in special circumstances, (Refunds are given if the wrong plant was shipped or your plant arrives damaged). Please send us an e-mail within two weeks of receipt if a refund request must be made. And if authorized, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your plant order prior to shipment for a full refund. However, once we have notified you that the plant order has shipped you may no longer cancel your order.
- We do not recommend or encourage ordering Argan or Olive Trees that are clearly incompatible with your growing zone unless they are properly nurtured indoor.
- Plants need proper care and nutrients to acclimate to their new environments.
